Textile designers are involved with the production of these designs, which are used, sometimes repetitively, in clothing and interior decor items. The course is aimed at those who want to work as designers in the textile industries. Introducing them to all areas of textile and fashion field. Building up a high level of creativity and professional competence in them with guidance from tutors and visits.

Textile design is the creation of designs or patterns that appear on knitted, woven and printed fabrics. It might sound simple, but textile design is a complex combination of artistic skill and modern technology. It includes creating textile structure: deciding what kinds of fibres a textile should be made of or what kinds of threads to weave together for a desired effect.
